His work is characterized by the exploration, development and crossing of mental boundaries on the drums.

In addition to his solo work, Manuel Podhostnik has collaborated with an impressive list of international artists, including Doug Hammond, Tim Lefebvre, Marko Crncec, Jure Punk, Tadej Kampl, Roberto Badoglio and many others.
